Acceptance:
We commit to accepting all of our participants as they are. You are a fellow human being, and this is honored throughout your entire time with Humanz Mediate. You are encouraged to show up and express yourself authentically with confidence that you will be accepted.
COLLABORATION:
At Humanz Mediate, we see collaboration as an invitation to create sustainable outcomes and plans. Collaboration is an acknowledgment of relationships and connections between participants in their decision-making. Mediation at Humanz Mediate aims for win/win solutions that meet everyone’s needs, which collaboration supports. Collaboration takes time and produces stronger outcomes. We know we are better together.
Consent
At Humanz Mediate, everything we do is based on consent. Mediators check in to get your verbal consent every step of the way. You are empowered to choose what you do/do not agree to or do/do not want to do. This ensures that you opt into every step you participate in.
Because everything is voluntary, Humanz Mediate does not have to enforce agreements. Humanz follow through on things they want to and consent to do.

Elizabeth Franz
Founder, Principal Mediator
Elizabeth Franz is the Principal Mediator at Humanz Mediate and teaches the Humanz Mediation Process. She's been practicing as a mediator for the past 10 years. She co-designed a mediator internship program and 6-week Basic Mediation Training at Humanz Mediate, as well as developing a Workplace Mediation Program.
Margaux Trexler
Founding Partner, Mediator, Writer in Residence
Margaux Trexler is a mediator at Humanz Mediate. She is trained in the Humanz Mediation Process ® and has taken training in Nonviolent Communication. She co-designed the Humanz Mediate Internship Program and Basic Mediation Training. Margaux also developed a Parenting Plan Mediation Program.
Abigail Longo
Mediator & Executive Assistant
Abigail Longo is a Mediator and Executive Assistant at Humanz Mediate. She is in the Humanz Mediation Process ® She was a founding member of the first Basic Mediation Training Cohort. Abigail's professional interests center around helping others, learning new skills, and improving upon herself.
Mathew Horner
Artist in Residence
Matthew is a lifelong artist. His favorite medium is digital drawing. His portfolio is filled with comics illustrating the very real and hilarious experiences of human life.
Allan Mwiti
Web Designer & Social Media Specialist
Allan is a website designer and social media specialist at Humanz Mediate. He collaborates with the rest of the team to update on Humanz Mediate online presence. He has a keen interest in creative industry and customer satisfaction.
